Now that I've provided these lovely babies as gifts for the two brides we recently got to visit with in Illinois I can now share with all of you without ruining their surprise.
Last month we flew to IL to visit family and attend the wedding of one of my husbands cousins and a Bridal Shower of another cousins fiance'. I needed a gift that was going to be easy to transport via suitcases since we were flying with four kids and had to change planes twice each way. Plus of course I wanted something that I KNEW they wouldn't already have.... and VOILA....
I used a Punch Tin box (our Punch Sets used to come in these awesome tins) and I stamped on them with Stazon White then used some retired Rubons on the clear view lid area (Delightful Rubons from Sale A Bration a few years ago). I wanted the boxes to be useful after the cards were all gone in them so I kep the "theme" basic.
I continued by creating a set of monogrammed notecards for each bride tied up with satin ribbon. Then I created a set of Thank You cards. Aren't those awesome?!
